You know what, I figured it out already.
Everything.

I have problems, so does everyone else. What do people normally do ? Run.
Even if I say I choose to face it, no doubt I'll be lying. I mean its human nature, no one can really face what they fear of.

I chatted with Brother last night, I realised that I'm not the only one who has this kind of problems. I want to overcome this, I want brother to do the same too ! :D

Two consequences of problems for me,

One, let them take over me and Me, being emo everyday thinking about stupid eff-ed up problems over and over again, not figuring out solutions for it, and totally become a stupid girl who only knows how to talk about her problems to her good good friends everytime.
Then slowly her friends will leave her cos she's changed already. Then without her friends she'll go even more emo and more problems come and no friends to talk to, thats the end for her.

Two, try and overcome them and let them make me stronger. If I can pass this hurdle, I'll become stronger, so that when problems arise again next time, it will be just another rehearsal.
Plus, small problems like this aint gonna make me fall right right right ! As I said, problems are challenges in life. I should feel happy that challenges are awaiting, giving me a chance to further strengthen myself !
Pass this, get more friends, enjoy life.

My choice is rather obvious.

I found out one good way to make myself more daring to say what I want.
Do this with me ! Spend some time.

Imagine yourself on your deathbed, you know you're gonna die soon.
Next, mentally invite people who you wanna meet over to your deathbed.
Talk to them one by one, mentally saying out what you want to say to each person.

Wake up ! You realised there's so many things to say right ?
What if, what if, it really happens to you ? And you realised you don't have ample time to tell what you want to say to each of your loved ones ?
And from here, I decide not leave words until my last breath. What if there's no more time ?
It may sound stupid but seriously, who knows what will happen tomorrow ? I may be banged by a car and say byebye, then leaving all those unsaid things here.
That motivation book really did help me I guess.
No no no no I don't want regrets.
